Amazon Week 2026 takes place from June 1 to 6 in Berlin, Paris, and Brussels. The event builds on the outcomes of UNFCCC COP30, held in Belém in 2025, and focuses on advancing implementation through concrete partnerships, market‑based solutions, and increased investment toward sustainable development. COP30 highlighted the central role of forests in climate stability, biodiversity conservation, and inclusive development, while strengthening the frameworks for mitigation, adaptation, climate finance, and just transitions.
The fourth edition of Amazon Week will seek to engage European partners in translating climate and biodiversity commitments into practical initiatives, with an emphasis on the following areas:
- Bioeconomy and Sustainable Value Chains
- Market Access and Trade Promotion
- Financing and Knowledge Sharing
