The event marks a strategic moment of consolidation and reflection on the progress achieved in Brazil by the El Agua nos Une initiative over the 2023–2025 cycle. The program will include the presentation of project results, with an emphasis on corporate water management, as well as a discussion of the main barriers and opportunities identified by participating companies throughout the application of the water footprint methodology in their specific contexts. During the meeting, a debate will also be held on trends, challenges, and corporate strategies aimed at the sustainable management of water resources in the Brazilian context.
Led by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (COSUDE) and implemented in Brazil by the Center for Sustainability Studies of Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGVces), the initiative is part of a Latin American network committed to the efficient use of water in the business sector. By bringing together members of the initiative and key stakeholders for the agenda, the event aims to foster a space for dialogue and collective learning, contributing to the strengthening of corporate water governance in Brazil.
