About the event

The event is organized in partnership with Arapyaú Institute, Institut du Développement Durable et des Relations Internationales (IDDRI), Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES) and Climate and Sustainable Development Network of Nigeria (CSDevNet). This event will explore solutions to accelerate the Climate Action, with a focus on the innovations introduced under the COP30 Brazilian Presidency to address long-standing challenges in the UNFCCC process and strengthen the implementation of the Paris Agreement.

Centered on the Energy and Land Transition Agendas, the discussion will examine pathways to scale up sustainable agriculture and responsible mining through regenerative practices, inclusive governance, enhanced international cooperation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.

The event features the participation of FGV Sao Paulo Law School researcher Marcelo Behar, who is the Special Envoy for Bioeconomy at COP30.
