This session will bring global speakers who are building the basis for new possibilities for Sociobioeconomy to thrive. From a global challenge that will align new metrics with finance from the Brazilian Government, the principles of forest-led communities in Africa, the South-South declaration unifying the three carbon basins to the new models to become Nature-Positive. The event aims to establish the global perspective on how we can place the sociobioeconomy model at the centre of the connection between traditional communities, climate, nature and finance. 

Marcelo Behar, a researcher at FGV Direito SP and the Special Envoy for Bioeconomy at COP30, will be present at the event.
