Held on December 4, the event presented to the public the Cross‑Cutting Implementation Means Strategy (ETMI), a key component of the Climate Plan 2025–2035. Led by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change, the initiative outlines the landscape of climate finance in Brazil and globally, maps financial sources and instruments, and proposes guidelines for mobilizing public and private resources aimed at climate mitigation and adaptation actions.
