As announced during the closing session of the roundtable held at São Paulo Climate Week (SPCW), we are pleased to announce the 1st Official Meeting of the FGV Climate Resilience Forum.

An initiative of the Center for Climate Risk and Resilience Studies (FGV CR²), with the support of the Institute for Insurance and Reinsurance Innovation (FGV IISR) and the National Confederation of Insurance Companies (CNseg), the Forum brings together experts from different sectors to continue the discussion on practical climate adaptation solutions for Brazilian municipalities.

The meeting agenda will cover international lessons learned from climate risk insurance, presented by researcher Sergio Franklin (SUSEP), and the application of data intelligence for urban resilience, presented by Professor Jorge Poco (FGV EMAp), followed by discussions and direct contributions from Forum members.

Following the discussion, a report will be prepared and made available on the FGV CR² website.
